Azorean ananás (pineapple) rivals Hawaiian

So good I brought one to Lisbon for my Aunt as a gift. Often served for dessert at Azorean restaurants. YUM! Note homemade pesto in background. Who needs a food processor when you have E’s strong arms? Resourcefully made with arugula, almonds and garlic. Used on pasta, sandwiches and eggs for the week! TRIPLE YUM!
